It has been our experience that home health care agencies are not successful without a great team of employees. However a team is not successful without strong leadership. We at K.R.T. pride ourselves on the fact that we are completely “hands on” and provide a stable foundation for our employees while partnering with our home health care management team.
K.R.T. & Associates Inc. is a locally owned and operated business that treats all of our clients and employees like family.
We understand that many of our clients are in a new and stressful situation, so we never fail to treat them with the utmost professionalism, kindness, respect, warmth and compassion.
All of our employees adhere to a Criminal Record background check and Department of Social Development check. We also require all of our employees be First Aid and CPR trained, reference check and constant monitoring.
